If your child will be absent or late, please contact the school office preferably by email at: vicwest@sd61.bc.ca. Voice messages are also acceptable. In both cases please include: 

• the date(s) of the absence
• your child’s first and last name
• their teacher’s name 

When students arrive late, they are to check in at the office to get their welcome slip.
